I find this song so sweet. And anyone who would be dedicating this song to me will really mean a lot to me.

Somewhat superficial but this is really sweet and everytime I hear this song, I am daydreaming. Lol. Kthanksbye.

There’s got to be more to life than chasing down every temporary high to satisfy me.

I really miss my Papa. And this song made me cry out all the pain. Everyday I listen to this song and I’m crying every night cause there’s really so much that I wanted to tell Papa and show him. I know I was never a good daughter but he was always there for me. I’m really so sorry for myself that I let him slip away just like that and I never had the chance to be a very good girl. :(

There was one time that I came home from a very tiring parade then I went to burger machine to buy burgers, Papa gave me money. Then I don’t really remember why suddenly he was there cause I was waiting for like almost 30 minutes just to get the burgers. Then he yelled at the guy preparing the burgers, “Bakit mo pinaghihintay yung anak ko? Kaninang-kanina pa yan dito!” I was really shocked cause I seldom see Papa yell at someone cause I know he is really patient and kind but I was really touched that he did that for me like I thought he never wanted me to keep waiting and that someday anyone else who will keep me waiting will also get a yell from him… I was like 9 or 10 by that time? I can hardly remember. I’m 20 now. 

I really wanted him to be back here. Maybe it is so different if he remained and I was the one who died, cause I don’t deserve to live anymore. I don’t know. If I could only turn back time, I would be a very good daughter.

I’ll Be Over You - Kyla

A memory just rushed in upon hearing this song. Whew. Just missed my ‘Sanghimig choir mates. We used to sing in the mass, I think in every event we were there. Fiesta, Funeral, Wedding, Christmas. Name it. We’re there. Lol. But really, I miss them. And the fun we made when we were togetha. We even had a Gift-giving in Tagaytay. And it was a one-of-a-kind Christmas I’ve ever had. And then we always had videokes everytime it’s a birthday celebration! Lol. And I know this was one of the songs we often sing (No, they sing it, not me. :) )

There, so I was sad and I just missed the old GOOD times. The fun times we had that we never had to worry about the future. SO SAD, I MISS YOU GUYS. TOO MUCH. :(

Nina - Steep

This song really has a very emotional impact on me. I remember all the things that has happened in the past especially when Papa was still there. Can remember it was summer about 4 or 5 years ago, and I was still with my two best friends May and Fatima. We were always with each other and something came up with the friendship but eventually, it was settled. Papa was still here,working so hard for us while we were so happy at home washing dishes and doing the laundry, preparing lunch and laughing over each other’s asses. Tita Jheng was also there with his son Vince and they were really so crazy. 

Then there was this typhoon, we really didn’t have water and electricity. So, we have to really eat with the plastics on and bath in the rain while running to my Grandmother’s house! Then when everything was back and water was already enough, one day Tita Jheng and Vince was gone. They went home to their real home. And I was so so sad. Separation anxiety. Always happens to me.

I also bought an MYMP Version Cd that time but it doesn’t include this song. hHaha. Just sayin’. Kthanksbye.

Jennifer Lopez And LL Cool J - All I Have

Ayt. So everytime I hear this song, I remember my sister’s Elementary Graduation. They’ve had this song put in a cd along with other songs as a souvenier for their batch. I also remember our old house. Hahaha. Talk about young and innocence. Haha. Just reminiscing. ;)

Missin the old good times. :)
